Rainbow LEAP must be contacted when requesting a returned refund. You can only request a refund within 7 days of delivery. You will then receive an email informing you we are aware of your request. We will send information needed in order to return your items.
You are responsible for returned shipping. We recommend you purchase tracking and insurance because Rainbow LEAP is not responsible for lost shipment. That is your choice to choose tracking and insurance we just recommend it. Returned shipping will not be refunded.
If Rainbow LEAP makes an error on your order such as damage to product during printing process or wrong item sent we will pay for return shipping. If it is an error on our behalf we will take full responsibility. Any damage or submission of wrong item by you will not be paid or refunded for shipping.
Returns will be processed after items has been inspected. After confirming that the items are in original condition. Please allow 7-14 business days for your returned refund to be processed.
